Stubborn arms ?

Im running my first cycle this year everything is doing fantastically great im growing and my chest and my back my shoulders my legs are all getting better by time but i have Realized that i do have a problem with my arms my biceps are decent but my triceps isnt that good at all spoken to a few people over the past years and they all say it has to due with genetic my brother however has 22inch arms  but has no chest or back and for the past 4 years even when im on cycle i havent seen any results from my arms getting bigger in fact it got smaller this keep on letting me down and i feel a bit sad because i have tried everything i can in the past 4 years chaining  programs Getting  A PT, even when i massively progress on my whole body but nothing new to my arms at all 

i tried endurance training didnt work i spent a lot of money on program plans but nothing worked either and im thinking of overdosing it on arms day as im not suppose to do this it bothers me a lot 

any tips from anyone who have suffer this in the past ?

Arms take time. Focus on week to week improvements adding weight to the curl bar or a couple more reps the next week.

Both tri’s and bi’s grow in smaller increments. I always focus on my calves as much as I focus on arms. Fortunately both stay symetrical.

I don’t do a lot of sets as I work them in w back. 6-8 sets for bi’s and tri’s.

I tend to grow in the low to mid range and more so when I add super sets, neg failures in a range of 2-3. So I may aim for 8-10 reps I go near positive failure at rep 6 and the last 2-3 will be slow negative failures.

sounds good i will try that out appreciate it also does it have to do with genetics or just my arms are stubborn

Sure there can be some genetics that play into the appearance, size, shape, insertion and peak. But to say that any one particular muscle will not grow at all is a stretch.

It’s more of you have not figured out what works best for you weather that be ur cal and macro’s, rep range, or how much focus for that body part or frequency.
