Current Diet Simplified - Use Condiments

I am on a calorie restricted diet. Here is what I am currently eating 4 times a day. I eat two other supplemental meals that contain minimal fat, high protein and moderate carbohydrates (6 meals/day total). Very simple and easy. Calories: 350 | 38g Protein | 32g Carbs | 6g Fatherb-marinated-seared-salmon_1800x.thumb.jpg.063778c25ab3c8bcc26ad707207afa26.jpg

Calories: 430 | Protein: 29 g | Carbs: 44g |Fat: 18g

 

I drink 2-2.5 gallons of water per day. Nothing satisfies my hunger more than a belly full of water.
