Looking damn good man coming down slow and steady is def best way to approach it. I always dieted for 20 weeks for my competions allowing myself enough time to strip off fat slowly preserving my muscle that i worked so hard to build in the off-season. I liked to be ready to go by 2 weeks out and just cruise control in to day of show. You already got striations in glute area so you are on point brother great work 🤘🏻

Thanks mate and much appreciate the comment. It's my first comp so just trying to do it nice and steady and healthy as possible 90kgs here and around 6.5%bf I did a dexa scan as I've heard calippers can be off

1 think I hate and that's the fasted cardio each morning @5am before work lol

Yeah bro i hated the cardio too but its an evil necessity to get you where you need to be! Keep grinding you are gonna shock a lot of people on show day especially looking as good as you do for your 1st time 💪🏻
