Thanks brothers. Right now milk is the way I'm getting the calories etc that I need.

Unless you suffer from milk allergies or your gut is bloated or having digestive issues.   Milk is a good source of protein. Especially when your on the go and work a ton of hours. I stick to 2% milk myself.  Everyone forgets milk many vitamins and minerals like calcium, phosphorus, B vitamins, potassium and vitamin D. Plus, Drinking milk products may help prevent osteoporosis and bone fractures.

I can't drink milk lactose intolerant . But i keep hearing about people drinking chocolate milk ? After workout I believe . I have tried almond milk with shakes . Trying to figure which one is actually good for you and not hype
