macedog24 55 Posted January 19 Unless you suffer from milk allergies or your gut is bloated or having digestive issues. Milk is a good source of protein. Especially when your on the go and work a ton of hours. I stick to 2% milk myself. Everyone forgets milk many vitamins and minerals like calcium, phosphorus, B vitamins, potassium and vitamin D.
