So what do you all use to give ur self a boost or an edge to motivate your self.

 

for quit awhile I have gone away from using strong stims. I’ve used ephedrine, albut, and clen and others to get the job done. Anymore I use caffeine, green tea but when I just can’t get the motor full bore I use pre workout.

lately I’ve added a few other items once in a while. T2 and occasionally another combo.  
adrafinil 300 Mg 

huperzine A 100-200 mg

pramiracetam 250 mg

it’s more of a mental clear boost w a cup of coffee it gets me focused and pushes me through the day. 
I don’t use any of these other than coffee on a daily basis. I skip at least a day w the rest to keep from getting use to it.

i keep away from strong stims now to keep my bp down.

I try not to use Pre Workouts with Stims, It makes me nuts in the gym, but I stay up all nite and that sucks.

I do like Pump Formulas better, As soon as I feel the pump coming on, I'm already amped up and really don't need a stimulant. If I had to chose a product with caffeine it would either be

Total War by RedCon1

Hyphy Mud by Kali Muscle

Curse, not sure who makes it

Those are 3 that come to mind. But man, if all else fails , drink a RedBull. I actually still like RedBulls Compared to a lot of the other energy drinks.

I have Modafinil as well, but only use that if i am really super exhausted.

There's also a Nootropic called Game Face, which doesn't give me energy, but it gets me awake and alert.

I like certain preworkouts, but i’m not dependent on em. I try to buy a different one every time i run out. 

A cheaper route i’ve found is Arganine and Ctrulline pills, coffee, and maybe a modinafil. Usually its not energy i need, but focus and drive.

I always workout in the morning, even if its before my 6am shift at work. Kickstarts my day and I’m not up all night. 
 

...now that’s all back when I could go to the gym. Now its all calisthenics—pullups, pushups, core shit. Some minor dumbell work. All gyms in my area have been closed since October, so I’ve adopted a lame-ass prisonyard workout routine. I’ve gotten lean, but have also lost about 20lbs, mostly muscle

I ordered some Injectable Aminos, it has :

L-Arginine 100mg

L-Ornithine 100mg

L-Citrulline 100mg

L-Lysine 100mg

L-Glycine 50mg

It should be good to try this out and see if it gives me a Good Pump and Good Focus.

For pump before a workout I’ll just throw some citrulline 200-600 and a cialis 10-20mg 30 min down b4 my workout. Sometimes I’ll drop the citrulline down to 200-300 and add arginine 

during my work out if I’m not working to gain size I sip on 20 mg of EEa’s and 10mg glutamine. 
 

most of the time I just want a mental focus w out the jitters.

I do like my preworkouts, that's I why I try to limit any additional caffeine intake.

For leg day I like to take modafanil. Gives me that extra focus.

For a while i was good with a can of Bang. But most recently up until my injury i was combining a scoop of total war , with dr.jekyl which is a stim free pump product.

I use edge of insanity by psycho pharma once in a great great while. But I used to used stims like that eod.

This is a really good topic and I myself have brought this up numerous times over the years, it comes to no Surprise that I have switched my stance time and time again. As we get older we have to adjust and learn how to adapt to the curves that come our way in life and this also includes our sensitivities with certain compounds and foods for that matter.

For wellness, clarity with being sharp and crisp noopept has always been my go-to, however when I needed something more aggressive that didn't quite have the edge as caffeine or a potent stimulant does that I try to avoid because of my sensitivities, I would resort to modafinil, however I'm even switching my stance with that compound, it's not as aggressive as a caffeine agent would be but it does give you the added advantage that you need, however my anxiety increases 😞

Mod is great in moderation, and can be superior when you have a decent night of sleep and your nutrition is on point, it's that added bonus you have been looking for,but don't try to push forward every day because you'll burn yourself out, some days we need to just be ordinary.

I've always looked for the edge, something to help me plow through, the deeper I plunged with experimenting the more I realized that the basics was all I needed all along. A healthy eating and sleep pattern, with little to no caffeine, and natural supplements and other natural brain function and cognitive enhancers are all I need, like green tea that was mentioned, vitamins and minerals of all sorts, and again noopept.

Pre-workouts and aggressive stimulants are not worth it in my opinion they eventually have a trade-off that's not worth it. When people ask me a question or if I have an unexpected encounter I prefer to be on point and not caught off guard and I like to be at my best, with attention to detail.

at night take

huperzine A 200 mcg 

L-the anime 400 mg 

it will mellow you out and get you to sleep. And get you into a deep sleep quicker. I find I sleep longer before I have to get up to go to the bathroom. Also helps me fall back asleep faster. I might take one or 2 day off from it.

now for my most resent trial.

cup of coffee in the morning along with 

adrafinil 300 mg

huperzine A 200 mcg

noopept 30 Mg 

it keeps me focused right up to bed time. I’m like an infant when I’m in a car I’ll pass out and nap every time. So driving sucks after around an hour I feel like I have to stop stretch out then I could drive another hour maybe. 
if I used the above I can go 6-7 hours straight and not get the brain fog.

work attention and  recall is just as great. Now you will get use to it so I do only use it 1-2 times in a row and take a break.
