Good multi-vitamin

Hey brothers I’m thinking about adding in. Good multi and would like to know what you guys use. I’ve read a lot of stuff about them just getting pissed out thus you’re losing all the good stuff. Any that you guys know of that get absorbed really well? Thanks as always!

ISS and animal packs multi Vitamen packs is what I use they are costly but have way more than. The daily value of each vitamin and minerals.i feel as bodybuilders we need more of each to stay healthy.

This may sound crazy but I take women prenatal vitamins and minerals. If it is good enough to help grow a child, its good enough for me. LOL

I've always taking products by Nature's Source.They multi are made only from real food.Its got ever vitamin and mineral know to man!! A legit multi will be taken several times day.All the one a days are garbage.60-65% will be pissed away.

I probably don’t give this that much thought. I’ve used triad a bunch of times but keep going back to Kirkland multi’s

Solaray ....is the other vitamin company I was trying to remember!! They are a fantastic source for multi's and other vitamins!! They've been around for years With their being no real FDA regulations on these things going with a reputable company is a must.And like I said any legit multi will be taken a couple times a day.And also your age and gender play into as well.
