Yeah the per diem was very good made about 300 a day between food and living that's what is missed the pay it was absolutely awesome. That would be great for a single guy or younger guy. He could make easily 100K a year at just 20 as long as he had the skills. Even pipe fitters got 150 a day per diem and two or three would rent a apartment and they were set plus making $40-50K a year.
