I hitting shoulders, and some core work this morning and getting in some weighted cardio this evening with biceps/calves.
I usually go compound heavy in the mornings and go light in the evenings with a selected isolated muscle group.
Right now I am 2 on, 2 off, 2 on, 1 off. That equals 7 days- put that in your pill box!
